It's probably not KFC China, but their ad agency. Which is worse, since these people are supposed to be the creatives. There's always some 'borrowing' in creative agencies, but they usually do a better job covering up the similarities, and it happens a lot less often with bigger accounts.

edit: LOL...KFC China is handled by McCann, which is an American-based global agency...well, probably their China office. I'd like to see how they handle this accusation of plagiarism though.
