Howdy Howdy.
ADOR has been found not guilty in the harassment and workplace bullying claims made by NJZ's manager (former manager?)
To catch you up from last time: A NJZ manager who was still working for ADOR last time was found guilty of using ADOR's resources to arrange private schedules for NJZ outside of ADOR.
When ADOR found out they seized their company technology back (laptops, etc), and the former manager claims ADOR lead them into what they thought was a business meeting but turned out to be a 3 hours interrogation where they claimed they were held at work against their will for 3 hours. They also claimed ADOR demanded to have their personal cell phone.
NJZ also released this statement at the time:

NJZ also released this statement at the time:
We witnessed managers and performance directors who were helping with schedules being severely bullied by Ador and HYBE, having their laptops taken away, and being questioned without notice, making them cry. We cannot accept this kind of behavior toward staff members who are working on their remaining schedules.
And this was ADOR's statement on the situation at the time:
An employee in charge of the artist’s management (referring to Person A) directly contacted the advertiser and encouraged the artist and the brand to sign a direct contract, excluding the company.” The manager himself admits to this communication. This is a serious act of misconduct that helped the artist violate his exclusive contract.
In the process, the employee in question was inevitably placed on standby and the return of the laptop, which is company property, was demanded. During this process, there was no illegal confinement or any other coercive behavior. The company has requested an interview several times to give the manager a chance to explain himself, but the employee in question has refused all of them.
The Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office under the Ministry of Employment and Labor did an investigation into the claims of harassment and workplace bullying made by the former manager and found ADOR not guilty due to lack of evidence. They also found that there was no coercive behavior done by ADOR.
The official conclusion was "Administrative Closure (Not Guilty)"

If they were able to pull it in time I’m personally interested in the security footage. If the manager claims she was held up in the meeting room for 3 hours then cameras should back that up, right?hmmm let's see the next steps then. Not good for the girlies
Did the cameras prove her wrong?…
