I doubt this will affect B1A4 much and it's probably for the best for him to head somewhere with better connections to the acting world. I definitely don't see WM disbanding B1A4 ever at this point unless the trio decide to retire but judging by how happy they seemed with their promotions earlier this year I don't think that's happening anytime soon.
