I could never get behind 28 reasons much, if it makes sense to me it more felt like they were trying to push Seulgi as the female version of Taemin with it? (Same vibes, same aesthetics, and they even put Seulgi in the same crown Taemin wore in the NGDA pt 2 photoshoots.)
Baby not baby is more fun and felt more original/authentic

They're both on the same level for me. But i think 28 Reasons is a more memorable song.
