There were also so many kpop tours this year I feel like the top kpop touring artist category was robbed.

Ateez without a doubt should have been on that list along with NCT dream. Also didn’t IVE tour as well???

No offense, but I don’t even think TXT’s tour was as hyped as Ateez’s or Dream’s tour so I’m genuinely shocked they got nominated but they didn’t.

Also congrats to Illit for being the only Korean language song nominated in the global kpop song category!

Nice to see skz getting the duo/group nom. If there was any non-BTS artist I would expect to see there it would be them.
I saw them in concert in October and they were great, so it's nice to see that they're being appreciated


I'm always torn re: creating genre-specific categories for international artists, since -- like we see with several Latin artists -- it could box them into that niche/category only to see them never (or very rarely) get nominated in a mainstream category

I agree w/ most of the Kpop-specific placements, but I would personally swap 3D out of Top Global Kpop song for like FRI(END)S or LOST!
