I’ve decided that well I’m not entirely willing to change my diet to fruit and vegg 24/7 SO I’ll just exercise to compensate
Anyway I need some,,,, exercise preferably ones I can like..... do on my bed.... like sit ups or summ.... just layin down,,,,, and then I can just decide to exercise without actually getting up,,,, I thank for ur time

Well, I guess you can just do breathing exercises, first.I already maintain with what I eat kinda I’m out of breath from stairs u think I can run
Drink lots of water, and walk a lot even in your room.

I can't run either but walking and biking is just fine, I bike every day as I can't drive lol
I'm also vegan but still eat vegan junkfood. The vegan diet works fine for weightloss if you skip the junkfood and watch out with oils. I don't as I don't wanna lose any.

the cheapest & easiest is running, no need anything else just easy run/jogging around where you live everyday. that's all

Start off by doing brisk walking/slow jog. As you slowly get fitter, you can start to do more exercise.
