i mean there is a lot, but it's like a lot of jpop songs i heard on youtube or random find, I'm just like oh hey this song is nice maybe ill listen to it later and i want to add it to playlist on spotify i could relisten to later while doing somethin else but then nooo the song isn't even on there- and yes i search in japenese and in englishWho in particular?
im glad for ifans that jpn market is slowly moving towards that way.
but as someone who likes to tag manically every track (yeah, spotify fucks that up immensely) and having "physical" copies of every artist i listen on my pc/hard disk, spotify is not for me.
i'd prefer to have more jpn sites like OTOTOY that let u buy w/o having a jpn credit card (like itunes).

I've been able to use my credit card on Recochoku, assuming you know how to navigate the site in Japanese. I can't remember if you need to use a VPN to add the card to your account, but once it's on there, I've been able to use it just normally.
thanks for the suggestion! i'd definitely consider, especially because they have a プライスOFF section with a lot of different artistsI've been able to use my credit card on Recochoku, assuming you know how to navigate the site in Japanese. Billboard and Oricon streaming chart includes the number of plays from Apple Music, AWA, Line Music, Rakuten Music, KKBOX, and Rec Music.i think it's because Japan doesn't prioritize Spotify that much?
Spotify is not! That's the reason why Japan doesn't prioritize Spotify very much.
