Can someone help me find this movie? PLEASE!

There is this movie I watched when I was younger. From what I can remember is that there was a man who is dying and he has to drink red bull to retain his lifespan until he finds a cure. And the police or somebody was chasing him, I think. And there also a lot of action. I can also remember a scene where he wsatthis betting game, I think he was betting on horses.

Does anyone have any idea of what movie this is? Ty.
