Over 180 artists including [Alexandros], King Gnu, Sakurazaka46, BiSH, Miyamoto Hiroji, back number, creephyp, ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION, Gesu no Kiwami Otome., Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, and Dempagumi.inc were scheduled to perform at this festival. The event organizers had set various COVID-19 countermeasures in place, such as reducing the seating capacity in half and setting up chairs on all stages, but decided to cancel it due to the rising number of cases.
