Do you guys meal prep ahead of time?

Cos I do. Whenever my mom is not around, I would meal prep my lunch during the weekends. It saves lots of money for me since lunch around my work area usually cost 15 to 20 dollars

Kinda? But not a traditional meal prep.

I plan out what I want to eat for the week, buy the ingredients, but I don’t meal prep all at once. I usually meal prep in smaller batches every 1-2 days and make enough food to last through those 2-3 days. I get bored out eating the same thing every day so meal prepping far in advance isn’t for me.

Growing up I’ve never even really bought school lunches much. From elementary school my mom packed me a lunch and as an adult I now like cooking and got into bento culture so I still always pack my lunch. I’ve had a lot of jealous coworkers

My entire TikTok feed is lunch box videos or food recipes.

Well I eat the same lunch probably 300 times a year. Peanut butter sandwich and honey/jam. So not lunch. Dinner the day before in general.
