I hope they do? They are basically in a company network that pumped them for profit, sabotaged them then left them in the dust? The best case scenario, even before the clash, was that they were going to be put on the back-burner anyway?

I guess? But there’s no good solution here.
They can leave hybe, but there’s no way they can just run off and start a new company with MHJ again (Hybe made her sign a non compete with no end date).
I’m wondering what exactly they want for their future. I think they will leave, but one of their main reasons for being unhappy was separating from MHJ. They said she was crucial to their image and direction.
I think they’re leaving, but I want to know what exactly is their future plan now that they can’t legally rely on MHJ anymore.

I think so. If they do there will certainly be compensation going back to hybe that we don't know about so hopefully they don't suffer too bad financially.

LurkerI think so, unfortunately, I don't think that will be a good thing though
NewJeans clearly wants to be with MHJ but they can't. I fear that it would be the end of them as we know them

We were never going to get them back properly, imo.I think so, unfortunately, I don't think that will be a good thing though

And, unsurprisingly, the transition of fans has gone smoothly and every single plan HYBE had in place went through. I mean, the way some people flipped on NJ was uncanny. I'm really disappointed at how K-pop managed to become this company driven.

it's always been like that tbh, HYBE's just sneaky about it.

I’ve seen people hating on NJ, but not because they are Hybe stans. It’s because oversea kpop stans are starting to view them as entitled and whiney. (Especially on TikTok.)We were never going to get them back properly, imo.

They claimed they did everything on their own when they very much did have hybe company privilege. People are viewing them as calling “bullying” at every minor inconvenience (I guess similar to people crying wolf).
The bullying case really rubbed people the wrong way overseas. There are idols who have gone through way worse cases of abuse and bullying in kpop, but they’re getting all this attention for being ignored in a hallway.
People are also now supporting LSF and Illit more because of all the stuff NJ/MHJ/Ador is throwing at them western kpop fans are now viewing NJ as entitled and bullies.
People still very VERY much hate Hybe and there is an active boycott for them online, but i feel like we’ve just hit a point where there is no good guy or bad guy in this situation. It’s just two sides of entitled parties that we all really wish would stop fighting by now.

While I can respect your opinion (or, more accurately, the opinion you are passing on), I disagree with a lot of this. Especially on the topic of the hallway incident.I’ve seen people hating on NJ, but not because they are Hybe stans. It’s because oversea kpop stans are starting to view them as entitled and whiney. However, it has forced me to reflect on some of the statements I've made in the past.

(Yea, I just want to further emphasize this isn’t exactly my opinions, just as someone who spends a lot of time on kpop twitter/tiktok this is just my summary of what‘a going on )While I can respect your opinion (or, more accurately, the opinion you are passing on), I disagree with a lot of this. I honestly don’t know what my own opinion is on this anymore. I wish the girls the best and I hope they can find some sort of 3rd party that isn’t Hybe or MHJ that can treat them right and help them get their creative ideas across.
I really want to see a new era of NJ where it’s them expressing their creativity and freedom instead of them letting adults do all the talking for them.

The thing about them, is that more than anything they are a well formed group. The members are close in visual status, very similar skills and a good balance of being good at what they are meant to be good at. Unfortunately, they would work best as a package and only HYBE is high level and really invested in taking a pre-made group.(Yea, I just want to further emphasize this isn’t exactly my opinions, just as someone who spends a lot of time on kpop twitter/tiktok this is just my summary of what‘a going on )

I think if they could find a good company and someone adjacent to MHJ, they could make it work.

The problem with a compensation claim is that njs could request a financial audit to verify costs. Hybe seems to want to avoid being audited. Considering hybe claims that 13% percent of their revenue last year was from ador it could be a large amount. It would seem to be within njs purview to have proof of all costs if they were to lose in court.

OPPA!!!!I think they will try to terminate their contracts, but it won't go their way.
This contract break is a dungeon of their own making, but NJ doesn't realize it. Not only will it cost buttloads of money, but they might be made to sign a noncompete clause like MHJ, where they can't work in the industry for a certain amount of time. And when they do come back, they'll be blacklisted from music shows. Will MHJ even want to work with them? All of them, but Hyein, would've aged out of her interest by the time they're able to start over.
