If anyone is wondering, Keena is the oldest member of Fifty Fifty. She was a trainee for 7 years so was around before The Givers ever came into the picture. She has a bit of loyalty to JHJ since before then she was treated well by him. The CEO of The Givers SIAHN also screwed her out of royalties for Fifty Fifty's music. She has writing credits and was supposed to get 6.5% of royalties, but he cut it to 0.5% without her knowing until recently.
Edit: Someone pointed out to me that was revealed back at the end of July, however since then as more information comes out, it becomes clear JHJ didn't know what was going on exactly and The Givers were manipulating both sides. Let's also keep in mind the other members are teenagers.

- Good decision, she was going to lose more if she was taking the other path. So she's trying to save anything she can if she really wants to return
- Keena is the longest trainee, the most experienced, and probably the most mature of the 4. Her statement weren't as bad as the others
- She was involved in Cupid writing unlike other members, more reasons to care about this issue
- If Attrakt can take back one member, it's likely her
- However it will be hard to regain the trust and her image but it's never too late

After reading this, I think there's a possibility for the other girls to return. Honestly, compared to Keena they went through a lot more where their health issues are concerned. I think once Keena gets some time to talk to the lawyers and JHJ she will find out what they knew (or rather, didn't know, because Siahn probably lied to the girls and said he told JHJ when he didn't) about the situations of the other members. I think if that can be revealed to the other members, there is a chance they will come back as well since that seems to be the largest issue for them (as it should be).
Also, while JHJ is getting a lot of praise now, that fact is he's a horrible businessman. Every group he's been involved with has had some issue with mismanagement. It's kind of crazy that the first time he tries to have someone else do direct management instead of him, he gets taken in by a con man who does worse things than he ever did.
