How to Play
At the start of the game, 4 different card types will be rnged to the players; the commoner card, the sage card, the sacrifice card, and the keymaster card.
There can only be 1 sage, sacrifice, and keymaster.
The game will be divided into two sections, the preliminary round and the final voting round. The preliminary round will last for 20 minutes, and during it, players will have to choose half the players to act as candidates in the final round. The players with the most votes will be the ones selected as candidates.
The final voting round will last for 30 minutes. During it, players will have to discuss and determine who is safe to vote out. The player who receives the majority vote will eliminated.
Players may change their vote at any time during preliminary round before it ends, but during the final round, votes are locked in and only the first one will be accepted.
The Roles and Win Conditions
Commoners have no special role, their power lies in their vote and skills of deduction. They win by voting out either a fellow commoner or a sage during the final round and surviving.
The sage is gifted with the knowledge of who the keymaster is, but they cannot lie about who it is. They win by voting out a commoner during the final round and surviving.
The keymaster's power lies in the fact that if they are voted out, everyone loses. They win by voting out either a commoner or a sage during the final round and surviving.
The sacrifice wins if they are voted out during the final round. However, if they are not voted out, they lose. At the start of the game, the sacrifice can choose one player to know their identity and become their ally. If the sacrifice wins, this player will win alongside them.
The win condition changes for the player chosen as the sacrifice's ally, with their new condition being to get the sacrifice voted out.

Okay I have a question - do people who aren't chosen for the final voting considered winners or losers?

assuming neither the keymaster or sacrifice get voted out, the ones who aren't chosen for the final voting will be considered winners (unless you're the sacrifice or the sacrifice's ally, ofc)Okay I have a question - do people who aren't chosen for the final voting considered winners or losers?

And just for clarification, getting voted out if you're not a sacrifice is considered losing, so try to avoid that
