Quick summary:
She said she's doing much better now as she's able to manage her stress, sleep and nutrition unlike when she was a trainee/idol. She sometimes misses performing as it was a dream she had since she was young. She's currently working in an office and is happy as there's so much more she can do now than when she was an idol.

It's good to see that she's happy now and able to manage things in her life better. She definitely had one of the stanger exits in kpop. Sometimes it's tough to cope afterwards. But, it seems it's all for the best now, and she got to life out her dream for a while.
