my guess is either it's for their queendom song or potentially a concert titled something like "welcome to neverland" because i can see their fanclub logo in there

Yeah I agree, the fanclub goods ship "mid august", in a week or so. And that's the fanclub logo at the top. Could be a mini-concert for the launch of the fanclub too.
