nct is only like 3 years old, i would give it more time
SM is in no way like a MNC, they do not have that amount of management nor attention spam to be juggling multiple NCT units targeted at various countries. They can't even spread themselves out and managed several established groups in Korea properly at the same time. The idea sound good and it's right that SM actually has alot of untapped potential but they just can't get their shit together.
