I‘m a waitress and omg. I hate it. Well... it’s more I don’t like dealing with people. I have no patience and I don’t hid that well.
And tbh if I didn’t know any better I would have no idea we’re still in the middle of a pandemic. Like why are so many of y’all eating out. And in such big groups as well.

So yeah. I hate being a waitress. But at least I get free food out of it...

As someone whose parents owned a bar/restaurant when I was little I can understand. Nobody gets the brunt of things more than a waitress. I hope that you will have better times soon.

I work at a pharmacy chain and these people are so damn annoying, they insult you when you dont have things, they expect things to be given to them right away when they see there is a line, they tell you they arent coming back (sometimes its the best news youve herad all day). I absolutely hate working with the public. People coming in like "omg I forgot my mask, do I need ot to come in?" Yes, ya dumb finney
I cant even imagine being a waitress where your service could make or break your bank. I feel you hun. Fighting

I work with grocery. I used to work in a big grocery store and although I didn't work with customers directly like cashiers did, I had to do sometimes and it was loathsome.

The moments I had to deal with them were usually the Karen moments. Usually it was just grievance about the product, but when it was with a coworker, I had to balance the customer's grievance without alienate the coworker.

Service job just sux. Hope you aren't in USA in a state with higher anti-mask crowd.
