I don't think it makes sense to use it as a neg button indeed, that's not necessarily how I'll interpret it. Much like on Facebook, I'll use it to react to news/posts that anger me, but that won't necessarily mean that I'm angry at the poster. Probably just about the message being delivered that would elicit some reaction. I could see myself using it against trolls if I'm fed up though. But technically speaking, I don't see as a true neg button, and don't really know what I'd use if I disagree with an opinion around here. Maybe none, and I'll just answer that I don't disagree, and call it a day.

Next to the "quote" and "reply" button at the bottom right corner of every post, there's a like button, if you hover on it, you can use several types of reactions to express through it.
