I don't like that much the ''Amnesiac Villain Joins the Heroes'' trope, among other faults, OP feels like a story that has been stretched too much for me at this point. Anyway, the best arcs in shonen must be Yorkshin City and Chimera Ant from HxH and FMAB final arc.

I just feel that the story for Wano arc flow faster and we are still seeing new things. And there is potential for stuffs to rival Marinefold. The best arc in The New World
