All of this plus instead of group hi touch slots (which they did during StI and required buying 4 albums to get into) they did message card slots instead (which required buying only 3 albums to get into). That change by itself would account for a difference of at least 700 copies

LurkerThere's probably several different Billboard charts. The one I'm talking about is the Billboard Japan Album chart which counts all sales for an album, not just within Japan like Oricon does. It's kinda the equivalent to the Korean Gaon chart.
