Kaworu Yuzuriha from HOT DOG CAT was dismissed from the group after opening a crowdfunding campaign for her to open a business in cosmetic surgery. She offered to retire after objections but the management, that was not informed on the crowdfunding prior to her posting it, dismissed her from the group.
Yuzuriha explained she wanted to open a business herself after seeing how much cosmetic surgery has helped her confidence.
You can see the campaign here
Good luck girl! She said she will stil pursue idol activities as well.

i think she just wants to open a firm then get actual doctors
Yeah I know but I'm not sure if a 20-something running it would make me comfortable. After all, the patients are putting their lives in the hands of the clinic so it needs to be run properly. It's also incredibly expensive to start and run a clinic, you want millions of dollars, which seems quite greedy for a crowdfunding endeavour that doesn't actually return anything (afaik) to those who fund it.

She's actually trying to start more of a consultation firm than an actual medical clinic, for doctor recommendations, pre- and post-op emotional support, and so on, which is why she's only asking for Y300,000. That's pretty reasonable, but the problem is that crowdfunding for starting a small business is very murky, ethically speaking, since she's more or less asking for donations (as opposed to a loan she would pay back or investments that would take part ownership of the firm in exchange) so that she can make more money. This is also where I understand why her agency is pissed off, because the only thing she's offering to funders is idol tokuten, more or less, so she's leveraging the fans gained through her agency to sell selfies directly for her own interests. It's not a great idea all around, I would say.
