The author of the manga series Berserk has passed away. May he rest in peace, I have been one of the ones to have been lucky enough to be able to appreciate the world that he created and also his amazing storytelling.

I love Demon Souls and the Dark Souls series who were inspired by Berserk
It still hasn't quite settled in yet for me that he's actually gone. Berserk is one of my favourite manga series of all time and while I am curious about how he envisioned its ending, a part of me hopes that it remains unfinished because there's nobody who would possibly be able to do it justice like he would.
