* Translator's note: While this phrase of "foolish nail" doesn't appear to make much sense in English on the surface, the intent, based on my research, is a reference to Christian imagery. The nails that were used to crucify Jesus are at the same time a symbol of foolishness and of defiance, and Daiki also saw a parallel with nails between the concept of aviation and other forms of transport that are often times nailed to the earth. You can interpret this imagery in a few different ways, I think, but it all aligns under this idea of breaking out of the mundane and rigidity of daily life.
