1. [+66, -2] I think the girl group will have a lot of members like SNSD. The current trainees are known to be so-so but I'm sure they're hiding some unofficial ones. I think the boy group will be NCT.

2. [+64, -2] NCT127 is still a 2nd tier... and they're debuting another boy group? I'm really curious whether they're getting their hands off of NCT project or launching a new one into it.

lowkey hope the new BG isn't a NCT unit because I want something completely new/different, but I don't think it'll happen lol surprised they're debuting both a new GG AND a BG but I can see them doing it if the BG is a part of NCT.

I an excited for the girl group. It has been a long time since a new gg debuted from sm. And hopefully the new boy group is not a part of nct. And doesn't have the same concept.

I resent knetz calling the girls "so-so" when they last saw them performing on a stage in 2015 (excluding Jimin who was this year) and in variety in 2016 (most of them). If they feel qualified to judge them like that, surely they should know that they were all kids then and now they're mostly adults. A lot of time has passed since then, don't doubt for a second that SM has been training them endlessly in that time. They're certainly not lacking in talent.

How are the girls trainees so-so??? These people obviously stopped in 2015, and even in 2015 they were far from being so-so. But knetz always hate SM groups and then they fall in love with them so I'm not too worried, I know SR19G are powerful enough to turn them into fans

There’s a 4 years difference between SM Groups mostly.

TVXQ-SJ= 2 years differences.
SJ-SHINee=4 Years differences.
SHINee-EXO=4 Years differences.
EXO-NCT=4 Years differences.
NCT-SMNBG=4 Years differences.


IMO that’s not soon at all.

I think I should clarify. When I said "too soon" I don't mean the gap years between boy groups' debut but rather the gap between boy and girl groups' debut. It's a bad move to debut a completely new boy group with completely new members the same year as SMNGG.

Red velvet will be 6 years old next year, a new GG is needed because SR20G are waiting for such a long time.

The NCT system is obviously not working out for SM, and they don’t have any other choice

I'm totally on board with the girl group debuting next year. Honestly, they should've debuted this year but yeah SM being SM. I just don't like the idea of a new boy group debuting in the same year as the new girl group. They should let SMNGG debut first and then maybe debut the new boy group a year after their debut.
