it was at Krush 2019, a music festival where she performed some of her songs. Hyorin, Somi, CLC, Ailee, etc., attended too. Luna simply put on a lighter foundation and the lighting on stage made her look like this.

ohh i see, and seems like it was the lighting+filter that made it look exaggerated.
I feel like picture was kinda edited too(some kind of filter at least)

People blaming it entirely on the lighting, just take a look at the pictures she posted on Instagram.


It's quite obvious she didn't think it through when she was applying the makeup and probably didn't bother to think about matching the tone across more than just her face.

Thats why make up artists are needed. Its not only about doing pretty make up, but also using products which fit the event. Stage make up is even more difficult because of the lightning.

It's obviously not the lighting entirely but this pic looks no where nearly as exaggerated as the one in the op where her face looks 20 times whiter.
