Anyway, here's today's lawsuit.

Today, MHJ started a lawsuit against Hybe's CCO and Head of PR for breach of duty and extreme damages against New Jeans.
She has also filed a criminal complaint against them at Yongsan Police Station.

Here is her statement:​

Hello,

This is Macoll Consulting Group, responsible for media communication on behalf of Min Hee-jin, represented by Sejong Law Firm.

On the 25th, former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin filed a criminal complaint against HYBE CCO Park Tae-hee and HYBE PR Head Cho Sung-hoon with the Yongsan Police Station, citing breach of duty.

Despite being part of HYBE’s Shared Service PR organization, tasked with promoting NewJeans on ADOR’s behalf for a fee, they neglected this responsibility, downplayed ADOR’s and NewJeans’ achievements, and caused severe harm.

We hope for criminal punishment in line with their wrongdoing.​

Recently Tokki's have filed charges against Ador's new CEO for perjury this past Saturday, and MHJ filed a lawsuit against Belift labs for defamation last thursday asking for 5 billion won (around 3,571,000 USD) in compensation.

Belift labs currently has a trial against MHJ in January where they are suing her for 2 billion won, and a separate lawsuit in the works where they are suing her for defamation as well.​
