For the four years since 2016, they've released three albums a year on top of TV promotions and event performances in between, as well as constant international schedules. Usually the team's leader represents the overall vibe of the group, and Jihyo shows that by being such a hard worker, always giving her best at everything. I am still surprised (and definately not complaining) at how much Jihyo is not getting hate. The top comment on nate even praising her. I have in kpop for a loong time! The girl is always torn to shreds..this is a great improvement, you have no idea.

And Twice is about 5 y.o and pretty stable at this point. Mina gets her rest w/o risk of skipping a group cb, fans are fed and money is made.

Unit is more of a SM thing than JYPE.
The only group in JYPE that has unit is Got7, because they were formed like that. JJP => Got7.
The possibility of Twice making a unit will start when the girls started acting. What I don't know if will happen before they renew their contracts
