On other hands, Mina keeps her professionality to keep working and finish the promotion of their new come back was one of the admirable things to see. I'm really against it of course, as she deserves the rest or any proper medication but otherwise, she chose to focus on the comeback, finish the promotion (maybe later) were never should be as something to frown upon as well. She choose this, she is getting medication and JYPE released that for every schedule she will consult with the members if she can do it or not and it will all depend on her decision and condition I see a lot of people trying to just make it seem like shes being forced stop making her strong decision into nothing!

I have said this in the Twice MT before and I'm going to say it again.

I love Mina to bits and I'm worried about her as much as other fans, but at the end of the day, she knows her condition better than any one of us does. If this is her decision and how she chooses to fight her demons, the best thing we can do is be supportive. A person with anxiety (speaking from experience here) is already hard enough on themselves, they don't need even more discouragement. Anxiety isn't something we can simply rest from, but we can keep it under control with proper treatment and support.

I'm honestly so proud of Mina for being able to open up about this. It's inspiring and shows courage, and I believe will not only help herself but others who may be struggling the same thing. As counterintuitive as it may sound, I think it's a good to not let anxiety be the center of our lives; it's part of us but we are bigger than it.

If Mina eventually decides this is not the path for her I'll support her with my whole heart. But for now, she chooses to not hide from it and we have no right to tell her otherwise.

Take it from someone who also battles with anxiety on a daily basis. It's a constant struggle with yourself: from getting help, diagnosis to treatment. It's an ongoing battle. She inspired me by showing us that she's not letting this take over her life. When I saw her teaser I cried buckets. I was empowered. She made me realize that I should not be imprisoned by my condition. She chose to embrace it and deal with it and not let it cripple her. She's overcoming the stigma that someone who has a mental illness can't function in our society and move on with their lives. That is what her actions meant to me.

I wholeheartedly agree with your last statement. Each person has a different coping mechanism in dealing with their own struggles. Some take long breaks while others embrace it and power through. I will 100% support whatever she thinks is best for her.
