Today, on the 13th, New Jeans has sent notice to Ador that they have 14 days to meet their demands or they will be terminating their exclusive contract with ADOR.
The specific demands they have made have not been disclosed publicly, but we have these statements:
The specific demands they have made have not been disclosed publicly, but we have these statements:
Hybe decided to 'throw away New (referring to New Jeans) and start over', so as the management company of New Jeans, (We demand that ADOR) take all necessary measures," and "In the music industry report (the hybe documents) of Hybe that was recently confirmed during the state audit, there was a phrase that said, 'We suffered for several days with the wording of NewIlLe (New Jeans, Illit, Le Sserafim), but we should just throw away New Jeans and start over.'"
(I was having trouble with the translation of this first quote and tried to adjust it the best I could to make sense. I apologize if it still seems a bit off?)
If Adore does not accept the corrective action request, we will terminate our exclusive contract. There are currently groundless rumors circulating about the families and acquaintances of the New Jeans members, but New Jeans has nothing to do with these rumors.
A copy of the letter is included in the Article Source
They (I’m assuming NJ’s lawyers?) also said they will take action against anyone attempting to spread rumors or defame NJ.
Pretty much if Ador doesn’t accept and take action on the corrective action request within 2 weeks, New Jeans will be moving forward to try to terminate their contract with ADOR.
Coincidentally, it was also announced this past week that New Jeans will be holding a performance stage at the Korean Grand Music Awards with the theme: Liberation and Freedom.

Well best solution is for Ador to let New Jeans go honestly. So everyone will be happy.

At this point, it would be the best solution for both sides

- Judging by that end of year stage I think we already know what’s going to happen.
- I don’t think Hybe is going to let NJ go that easily because if they leave, with MHJ also gone I think we all know what’s going to happen. Letting NJ go just let’s MHJ get what she wants in the end and Hybe would never let that happen.
I’m wondering if either the girls or MHJ is going to get a non-compete ban like LSM.
- Everyone keeps saying don’t call this a Fifityfifty 2.0. But tbh… this does feel like fifty fifty 2.0

They can't work together anymore, it's better for both side to leave each other
But NJ leaving will probably cost them a lot of money
I doubt they would be ban or boycotted, many people in the industry and fans probably support NJ

Update:
Here are apparently NJ’s demands they want done or else they will leave:
1. An official apology from Ador/HybeHere are apparently NJ’s demands they want done or else they will leave:
2. Revealing identities of individuals from bullying cases and whoever said they want to abandon NJ.
3. Pursue civil and criminal actions against them and anyone trying to embezzle from them, and give NJ an audit report of all of these people.
4. Remove of trainee videos published without their consent.
5. Assess damages done to them from their activities being put on hiatus.
6. Resolve issues with the MV director.
7. Reinstate of mhj as ceo
