Naruto's father and the Fourth Hokage Minato recently won the NARUTO99 worldwide character poll and for winning first place, it was announced that Minato would be getting his own one-shot. Today, it was revealed that the one-shot will be published this Summer in Weekly Shonen Jump.
This one-shot will be the first wholly created Naruto work from Masashi Kishimoto in seven years. Kishimoto teased that the one-shot will be about the "secret story behind the development of Minato’s technique."
