This may be what njz and their legal representation are after because ador/hybe has been foot dragging legal proceedings. They may want to go to court sooner than the March and April appearances. Also if ador/hybe do nothing it can weaken their standing in court so this may be an attempt to force their hand. All on a Friday so ador/hybe are likely only able to make a statement and no legal moves before Monday.

To my understanding, no matter what Ador/Hybe is at the monetary loss here because if NJZ looses they don’t have enough money to pay their early separation from the company fee so Ador/Hybe is hoping for NJZ to just come back on their own to save everyone money.
