1. Alice is really popular nowadays. She is on TV a lot. Her last drama, "Shitteru Wife", had good critics.
2. Nozomi made her debut as an actress in 2008-2009, I remenber that because she acted on Kame's drama "Kami no Shizuku"
3. Yeah... Gakki is a relly good actress and I'll miss her
4. Yup, Hashimoto Kanna is really popular and her dramas and movies are doing well. She was in a nugu idol group and look at her now.

I don't think there was ever a doubt that she had the looks/face to be an actress but I'm surprised that she's so much more successful than the other idols. Good for her!
I just knew Nozomi for her cfs/modeling
Gakki retirement seems like such a waste but I read a thread by the tweet OP that said she didn't enjoy celebrity/acting and that it was hurting her mental health. In that case I'm all for it.
