basically, if the majority wants a wildcard (or if no one else speaks up against one), suggestions will open again for that specific member but only pics that were released after the initial suggestion phase is accepted

No, it isn't necessary. I checked the pics yesterday again on the pc and noticed the quality. I knew the chances were slim anyway.
