The Pokémon trading card game is about to be available in a new form with the reveal of Pokémon Trading Card Game Live. The free-to-play app aims to deliver true-to-game rules when it arrives on PC, Mac, and mobile devices, and you can see a quick sample in the announcement trailer below.
The app will let you collect and add cards by scanning codes, purchasing in-game booster packs, and participating in daily quests. You'll then be able to battle Trainers around the world, with the app currently set to launch in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
Right now the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live app is just listed as "coming soon," so stay tuned for more details on launch plans.
