Since debuting with Red Velvet, Wendy and Yeri have brought us great joy through their group activities and also through their diverse work as solo artists. The time we spent with them was a great happiness for us as well.

I wish both Yeri and Wendy as well as the members that remain good luck in the future. I will be curious to see how sm deals with this. The experience with other sm ggs/bgs with members in different agencies has been extremely mixed. I hope we will see OT5 sooner rather than later.

I already knew this will happen so yeah...not that surprising. They will always be 5 for me and I will keep supporting whatever they do as individuals and as Red Velvet. I'm not so sure about SM but I know the girls will fight for that OT5 comeback.

For Yeri it's not surprising, from afar she was the most quiet one, the least active

For Wendy, she often complained about SM's negligence or lacking to promote them

I though Joy wouldn't renew but I guess staying with SM is still a better plan, for now

For Irene and Seulgi they seems satisfied or okay so no reason to leave

I hope we'll be able to see OT5 soon and not wait too long

It honestly not surprising news with how SM were bullying Wendy and Yeri when the SM Town concerts were happening.

For Yeri it's not surprising, from afar she was the most quiet one, the least active

Yeri actually is fairly active in her acting. Her drama (Rich x bitch?) seemed pretty well received and I know she just did another drama, a movie, and I think she’s already in another drama? Though SM never promotes it

Not surprised in the slightest tbh; Yeri's solo activities were never promoted (to the point of her talk show, which was pretty popular, was suddenly canceled for no reason) and Wendy has been complaining non-stop about the management and promotions so yeah

I just hope the two manage to find a good proper company that supports them on their solo activities; maybe this time we'll finally be able to have Yeri's solo debut

I have hopes for group ones with SM tbh because if Girls' Generation managed to have a full group comeback, so can RV; just that well, they will be even fewer than they currently are so yeah; I think we can expect RV OT5 every one or two years for an "anniversary comeback" (or at least that's my wishful thinking lmao)
