CAPCOM announced on Friday that the remake of CAPCOM's Resident Evil 4 game has sold more than four million units worldwide. The company also reported that the Resident Evil franchise as a whole has over 135 million units in cumulative shipments as of December 31, 2022.
The game released for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on March 24. The game has a "reimagined storyline," and a new graphical art style based on the company's proprietary RE engine.
