Yes, I have some Spotify playlists that consist mainly of Western songs with the occasional Kpop song snuck in there. This seems to work out fine with the non-Kpop listeners around me. They know Red Velvet's Bad Boy as "the ooh ooh song".

My current record holder for "song that played the longest without anyone noticing it's a Kpop song (excluding English version songs)" is this one:
