We were kicked out of the party district of my city bc one of my companions relieved themselves on the floor of our local burrito joint & later pissed off a cop (no pun intended)

I was in the city for a friend's 21st. We were close during high school, but grew apart during senior high after I transferred schools. We lived three hours away from each other during uni and they invited me out to celebrate their birthday. Only for them to get blind drunk before even making it into a single nightclub. While we were getting burritos, bestie decided to unzip and remind us why watersports should always be a NOTP on anyone's list of kinks. Later, my buddy proceeded to piss off a cop and nearly got accosted by the same officer for touching ha hair. Let's just say we lost our money, while my friend lost his dignity all in the same night sksk :oxygen:

A drunken uncle called the police on me after an argument.

Here is something that happened to me. I work in retail, selling the likes of daily essentials and items such as perfume and breath spray. So this story involve a breath spray and a drunken uncle. So one afternoon, while I was working the weekend shift alone, a drunken uncle came to my store and wanted to exchange his damaged breath spray. However as he do not have a receipt proving that he purchased from our store. I refused to exchange for him. We got into a furious argument with him threatening to call the police on me. I dared him to do so, and he really called the police on me. But aha, when the police, the once furious and bold uncle became timid in front of them and was scolded by the police instead for harassing me while he was drunk. And thus, I won in the end.

A snake fell on my feet while I was walking.

I've lived in my house since I was three years old and have walked the same path for my entire life. My neighborhood has one big loop, that splits into different streets. One of those streets leads to my elementary school, middle school and high school. I cannot stress enough that I've walked this path almost every single day of my childhood. To increase my health, I started going on daily walks. After walking the entire loop I started heading home and passed the usual two blocks from the lake in my neighborhood. On the path there is this one huge tree. The Home Owner's Association complains about this tree because it hangs over the fence of the house on the path, as the back of the house and its fence is what faces the street. There are actually two trees, one grows mango and the other grows black cherries. Due to this, when the season comes, all of the fruit starts falling on the ground. The entire portion of the side is often slick with crushed cherries and their juice. The whole thing is just a dark purple mush. The thing about that, is that animals love it. So squirrels, possums, raccoons and even cats always wander around this tree. Same with other critters. The thing about where I live is that we have HUGE predatory birds. if you don't know, the way birds tend to hunt is that they will see something in the branches and strike down on it. For example, if they see a critter collecting nuts on a branch they will fly as far away as possible then come down at a direct angle and snatch it up. So, one day, I walk under this tree like normal, as the tree branches create and arch over the sidewalk. I usually find it fun because I can step on the berries and crush acorns and seeds. I have my headphones on so I am just casually walking when I see the entire branch suddenly lower. Remember, I am wearing headphones so what I really feel is the thud at my feet. I look down and there is a whole ass snake. Well, not whole, but still. From what I surmised, while I was under the tree a snake was doing its little dance, and one of the birds came down for it, without a care in the world for the innocent victim - me. I spent like 20 minutes just releasing intermittent screams.

I once got streetcasted to be a child model for a multinational dairy company.

My mom has always been super absent--minded so it's common for her to lose her belongings, that included her children when we were kids. With that in mind, when i was around 5 years old, my mom and i went to the mall. While shopping, my mom was obviously in her own world so i, as the charismatic kid i was :fab: , told her to hold my hand or she'd lose me. A woman who worked for Nestlé heard that and thought i was so lovely that i should definitely get a job as a child model for one of their products so she gave my mom the contact info and the company's adress.

Me being no-drinker saved my classmates alcohol from being taken away durin a school trip

During our last school trip in high school, we went on it with another class and their hoomroom teacher was really strict about not taking any alcohol with them on the trip. Our homeroom teacher however didn't care, but he couldn't say that to her, so after the evening campfire they started walking from one house to the other (we were staying in little houses in the woods) to check our bags for alcohol. When they got to our house tho, before they could even get in and start checking, our homeroom teacher saw me and told her they didn't have to check this one, coz I don't drink, so there is no way we have alcohol here. I have confirmed that we definitely didn't bring any and that somehow convinced her to not look through our house and left. Which was very funny, coz just minutes before some of our classmated from another house came to "hide" some of thier beer there (by hide I mean put it between a microwave and a wall and be visable af if someone actually went in)

I got into a fight with my teacher and was almost kicked out of school.

Now, I've always been a good student. I may not pay attention in all my classes or even attend all of them, but I get my work (mostly) done on time. I'm polite to my teachers. I get good grades. However, there was one instance where that 2nd thing failed to be true...It all happened in, believe it or not, an English class. We had to write a paper on a piece of writing, and I did it, but when I submitted mine, the teacher gave it a 0, accused me of plagiarism, and said I had to rewrite it! Naturally, I wrote a very strongly worded email essentially saying that I did NOT plagiarize, and therefore I should NOT have to rewrite everything. She responded, equally strong worded :JudgyDubu: saying that I HAD plagiarized and started going on about integrity and rules. Mind you, what she was accusing me of plagiarizing was literally like, two sentences???? Anyway, I refused to give in, because why should I? And then the teacher said she was gonna report me to the school and get me kicked out :stonemin::yoosmile:. So I was like, oh shit...and I did what one those in such a situation, which was to make my mom deal with it. In the end, she talked to the teacher and convinced her to not only NOT report me, but to also keep me in the class and just let me rewrite the paper. So ultimately, this was an L for me :mochabearfire:...Now, was this situation my fault? I don't think so, because I did not, in fact, plagiarize! But you can be the judge of that. Also, after this incidence, the teacher just pretended it never happened for the rest of the class, and that lowkey pissed me off. I wanted to curse her out so bad.

I joined a K-pop club; left it; went back to it five years later, and then decided to leave it altogether in the end.

For someone who has grown with K-pop over the years — I would say it started from the time I was young; I would say six, at least, but I also could be misremembering, too — it's not surprising that at one point you would want to meet people who enjoy that same hobby in your area, perhaps to bond over that same common interest and find other like-minded people, or friends as they might say.

Growing up I was also told that I was quite restless, and so naturally movement-based activities would seem to be a good fit for me, which serves as my primary reason, at least, for how, and why, I got involved with this thing in the very first place. While at school I performed K-pop songs — that is, I danced and even sung in front of others, and there were times when I had to stay up late myself just to prepare for it — and this was all done without having received any support from teachers or immediate friends who were not interested in K-pop. While I wouldn't pride myself as being the most competent at what I do, I see myself as being honest and hard-working and determined. Put simply, if there's something that I know I want to do or achieve, I would try to find ways to go about doing it.

Anyway, I should say that this is also not the first time where I attempted to involve myself with the people from this space. In fact, years ago, I signed up for it, but shortly left it due to disagreements over the direction that was chosen. At the time I did feel quite angry towards others, and so I distanced myself from it, giving myself an opportunity to reflect. During this time I questioned myself repeatedly, to ask if there was actually something truly wrong with me.

Five years later, I decided to muster up my courage and sign up for the club again, and this time I told myself that I wouldn't leave, even if I were to experience conflict. In the end, I still left it anyway, and it's for the same reasons as I mentioned before, but now I don't intend to return to it again.

Thanks for hosting and congratulations to the winners! I thought some of the stories were certainly interesting and/or funny.

I enjoyed playing this game, and decided to join it this morning after an "accident" happened which caused me to wake up.
we enjoyed having you in the game too :blushblob:
hope you join more often (and that the accident earlier wasn't something too bad)
