The 18th Annual Hello! Project Music Awards ‘19 is an annual fan-made awards program to showcase the best Hello! Project releases of the year.

Voting Rules

• There are 3 categories to vote in: The song category, the MV category, and the oshimen category
• For the song category, each voter has 10 points with which they can allocate among 5 songs of their choice. The most points that can be given to 1 song is 3 points, and the least points that can be given to 1 song is 0.5 points.
• For the MV category, each voter has 6 points with which they can allocate among 3 MVs of their choice. The most points that can be given to 1 song is 5 points, and the least points that can be given to 1 song is 0.5 points.
• For the oshimen category, each voter has a singular vote which with they can use to vote for their all-time oshimen, regardless if they are still active or not.

• 202 songs were eligible to be voted for in the song category
• 105 songs were eligible to be voted for in the MV category (This includes close-up versions and dance shot versions)
• 403 members were eligible to be voted for in the oshimen category (This includes former and active members)

• A total of 3585 people participated in the H!P Music Awards this year
• 3585 votes were submitted for the song category
• 3412 votes were submitted for the MV category
• 3511 votes were submitted for the oshimen category
