The neglected CLC title song

Sometimes I wonder if Cube facepalms everytime they remember this song.




I just think it's funny (and sad) how this song has become CLC's neglected song, they almost never perform it at music shows/concerts. And even their b-side has more views than their title song.




Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this song, but yeah, it was a very awkward transition from Hobgoblin to this. Probably Cube's worst mistake (besides ending 4minute's contract, but since the people responsible for that were apparently fired, I'll dismiss that).

It's a great song but I don't know what Cube was thinking. A total concept change after they just did one? Releasing this song during the summer? Dumb af.

Hobglobin brought them a lot of attention because of their drastic concept change as well as Hyuna's involvement but then they turned 360 with a completely different concept with a song that's a bside worth at best. Not to mention it was released in Summer literally the worst time of the year to release a song like that.

Every single CLC member is so talented and gorgeous and has sooo much potential and if there is any reason why they were never able to blow up, it is solely because of Cube and their weird choices.

Honestly yeah, it was a huge mistake, but I mean, it was also understandable they would want a change (not THIS drastic tho) if Hobgoblin was not giving them the results they expected. It brought them attention internationally, but domestically? Not so much. Now we know for sure that the best thing they could've done was just keeping the girl crush concept.
