I am just curious, how come some lines are longer than the others? Cos I thought those who sold out will also have the same number of tickets?

i am not sure too but the only possibilities i can think of are:
1) People won multiple times for the other member slot 1. Take for e.g 1 person winning 3x for slot 1 so it would be like 1 person but with 3 person's worth of hi-touch chance for slot 1. This results in the queue looking shorter even if sold out.
2) People who won the slots didnt turn up for whatever reasons.
3) People won sakura and other members hi-touch for slot 1 but decided to queue at sakura lane as priority first resulting in either that person goes and queue later at the other members lane when done or give up other members hi-touch slot despite already paying for that hi-touch.
4) Other members who sold out did the hi-touch interaction faster(shorten time) than Sakura.
