Have you all heard of Hyrox? It been gaining popularity within the past few years. It is an indoor fitness race consisting that alternate running with functional exercises. The competition itself can be run as a single person, or in pairs.


One of my army superior who I am close with won the age group for his age in the Singapore leg of the Hyrox Championship.


I will use this thread to share some Hyrox inspired workouts,



However take note that if you are someone into casual workouts, Hyrox isn't something to be lightly taken of. It require high level of base fitness
