No 46 groups don't have instagram accounts they have blogs ( they post but you cant reply but its free on the group site ) and mobile message ( mobame ) which is a service you must subscribe to ( you have to pay to subscribe you can send messages and their is a service where members send personlized messages to you not sure since i dont subscribe but what i know for sure is that you can connect with the members more ) once 46 group members graduate they can have instagram
