Welcome to the Winter Market, where people from around the world gather to celebrate the season of giving.

This is where users can donate snowflakes and coals gained from games, and collect prizes.

DONATIONS

In the spirit of the holiday season, all donations will be done from the goodness of the heart - no coins should be charged.
The user who donates the most snowflakes and coals combined will receive a pendant at the end of the event.
Once you have donated something to another user, they cannot donate that back to you. If you want to swap, refer to the next section.

SWAPPING

If you want to swap your snowflakes and coals with another player to reach a prize tier, please use this form below.
Swapping will not be counted as part of donations in order to avoid cheating for the pendant.

DONATIONS & SWAPPING
If there are any mistakes (such as putting coals instead of snowflakes), just let us know and we will correct it for you.
All donations and swappings are final. You can’t back out of the deal once the form is sent.
Do not attempt to sell the coals or snowflakes for coins.
Any attempts to sell will result in penalties for future events.
Any forms of cheating for the pendant will also result in penalties.
We can reject transactions we think are meant to inflate donations unfairly.

PRIZE CLAIM
Regarding the image for the polaroid, please use HQ official images or selfies only.
For Tier 2, you are allowed to claim the polaroid twice, once with snowflake and once with coal.
For Tier 3, you are allowed to claim all 3 mascot badges, as long as you have enough snowflakes/coals

Nope, they are separated. You can see in the preview, there are two types of banners and two types of polaroids, each type can only be claimed by either coals or snowflakes, so that's why you can't combine them.

1. I guess you can use a group photo, but they might appear really small since the polaroid is in the form of a shop item.
2. No you don't. Just send us the photo that you want and we'll put it in the Polaroid for you.
3. And no. The polaroids are permanent.
