Twicelights JP, including the Dome concerts, should top out at around 250K or slightly lower. 1 million applications is probably from J-Onces submitting applications for multiple concerts to increase their chance of winning a seat in the lottery. If they can sell a million concert tickets, they'd be selling more albums than they are now. But it's certainly possible for them to hit those numbers in the future.
