It's not a comeback, it's their japanese debut. The album got released already, I don't know why the MV took so long but it's finally here. About Winwin, SM messed with his Korean schedule multiple times (his China's jobs were set already) so he missed Give Me That, this EP, and the tour. SM acts weird about Winwin, i'ts like they want him but at the same time they don't care about him.
