You need to upload it on a free image hosting website such as imgur or imgbb and then copy paste the image link. When you right click on the image you will have the option to copy paste the link address. This address usually ends with an image for at such as .jpeg, .png, etc.
Once you copy the address, in the text editor here you have the insert image button. Just paste the address and insert it. However as you posted the link anyway it is alright and will be accepted. ♡
