Does no one remember the Sony hack? Where Sony talked about rebooting Spiderman and axing Andrew? They were unhappy with him. He pissed off the Sony CEO by blaming them for making a lot of changes to Amazing Spider Man 2 and for cancelling the corporate gala dinner with Kaz Hirari. He wasn't replaced he was fired.
