I was playing Twisted Wonderland earlier which i would have used a gif from except i couldn't find any of the gameplay, just bishounen & memes instead sdjkfg and I was wondering which format people preferred...

I prefer playing rhythm games that go from top to bottom, like this!

rip the english localization of utapri btw
It can be curved or just straight across (like Guitar Hero or Rock Band).

This is actually interesting to me because the first rhythm game I ever played a bajillion years ago was Dance Dance Revolution, and I played that for awhile, and those go from bottom to top...

Conversely, I am significantly worse at rhythm games that go from right to left, like this!

I don't play many rhythm games, but I used to play a game that was from top to bottom, and the most recent rhythm game I've been playing is right to left, which is okay... If anything, I prefer playing rhythm games with my fingers/thumbs (which is usually top to bottom) than with a keyboard (right to left).

osu, project sekai, and the miku diva games are the only rhythm games I really play, and I like their formats :poggers:
