Two that I can think of right now is cooked spinach and peas.

A family member even made some really good creamed spinach for Christmas dinner last year and I really liked it, but some bites would make my skin crawl lol.

Hmm salads maybe. When my mom makes salad it's just raw carrots, tomatoes, and lettuce or kale and some kind of vinegary dressing which I find uninspiring. But I also have had salads that I love, so...
Used to be beans, lentils, and peanut butter because I had them constantly as a child until I was sick of them (because they are cheap and nutritious foods), but I have recently rediscovered a liking for all three (especially with beans and lentils, the problem was that they weren't seasoned enough).
